Sadhu board Session

Sadhu board practice, originating from ancient Indian ascetic traditions, involves standing on a bed of nails to enhance mental and physical discipline, promote mindfulness, and deepen meditation.
I offer this practice because it has had a profound impact on my life. I developed my own methodology, where I incorporate somatic awareness and intention to manage negative emotions, anxiety, and fear. While it is possible to practice independently, I recommend a few initial sessions with a trained practitioner. This ensures you learn to engage with the board correctly and benefit from a supportive environment.

To help determine your birth time, we’ll need a list of significant life events, including those from your childhood that had a lasting physical or emotional impact—such as marriage, birth, divorce, relocation, loss of loved ones, pets, accidents, and illness. During this process, I’ll also interpret your chart and current life cycles to provide you with a deeper understanding of your unique path and personality.
