During this process, I’ll also interpret your chart and current life cycles to provide you with a deeper understanding of your unique path and personality.

Sadhu board practice, originating from ancient Indian ascetic traditions, involves standing on a bed of nails to enhance mental and physical discipline, promote mindfulness, and deepen meditation.
I offer this practice because it has had a profound impact on my life. I developed my own methodology, where I incorporate somatic awareness and intention to manage negative emotions, anxiety, and fear. While it is possible to practice independently, I recommend a few initial sessions with a trained practitioner. This ensures you learn to engage with the board correctly and benefit from a supportive environment.
